What makes date-sweetened chocolate healthier?

Dates aren't "sugar" - they're a whole fruit with fiber, antioxidants and minerals that naturally help your body process sweetness more gently. The fiber slows absorption, so you avoid that sharp spike-and-crash you get from refined sugar. It's real food your body actually recognizes, not a stripped-down sweetener pretending to be healthy.

Will this upset my stomach like sugar-free chocolate?

Nope - because we don't use erythritol, inulin syrup, chicory root, allulose, or any sugar alcohols, which are the usual culprits behind gas, cramps, and bathroom emergencies.
