Subscription Cancellation Policy

When you purchase a subscription from The Simple Date, you receive recurring chocolate deliveries at the frequency selected when ordering. Your payment method is charged automatically for each scheduled order until you cancel.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no minimum number of orders required. Manage your subscription using the link in your subscription emails, or contact us through our website for assistance.

To stop the next scheduled charge, cancel before your next billing date. Cancelling your subscription stops future orders; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been charged.
