Absolutely. Your logo, event name, company branding, or custom message is printed on the front of the sleeve that wraps around each gift.

What can be customized?

How much notice do you need?

We recommend contacting us at least 3 weeks before your event whenever possible. This gives us time to design your custom sleeve, obtain approval, print, assemble, and prepare your order with the attention it deserves.

Have an event sooner than that? Please contact us anyway. Depending on our production schedule, we may still be able to accommodate your timeline.

During the Holiday/Christmas season, we recommend reaching out even earlier, as availability fills quickly.

Do you deliver?

Yes. We ship across Canada and offer local delivery throughout the Greater Toronto Area.

Local pickup by appointment is also available.

Shipping and delivery costs depend on the size of your order and destination. We'll provide all available options with your quote.

Is the ingredient and allergen information included?

Yes. Every gift includes a printed ingredient card listing ingredients and allergen information so recipients know exactly what they're enjoying.

Our chocolates are sweetened only with dates and contain no refined sugar.

What are your minimum quantities?

There are no large minimums for premium gift boxes.

For event favours and larger customized orders, minimum quantities may vary depending on the product and level of customization.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes. Whether you're thanking employees across Canada or sending gifts to clients in different locations, we can discuss the best shipping solution for your project.

Just let us know how many recipients you have and where they're located.

Do you provide a complimentary design proof?

Yes. Every custom order includes one complimentary digital proof using your logo, artwork and event details so you can approve everything before printing. Minor revisions are included.

Original design work, multiple concepts or extensive revisions may be subject to a design fee, which can be credited toward your order.

Can I mix flavours?

Yes. You're welcome to mix and match from our available chocolate flavours so every gift offers a delicious variety.

If you're ordering for a large event, we can also recommend flavour cmbinations that are most popular with guests.
