Order Processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business after purchase.  Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Destinations and Rates

We ship within Canada to addresses supported at checkout.  Shipping charges and any free shipping eligibility are displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery Timing

The 1-2 business day processing window is separate from delivery time.  Delivery estimates begin when your order is dispatched and vary by destination and carrier.  Carrier delays may occur.

Corporate & Custom Orders

Corporate gifts and orders with custom packaging follow the production and delivery schedule agreed upon when the order is confirmed.
